The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is seeking a short-term procurement consultant for a one-month consultancy starting January 1, 2025.
The consultant will be responsible for delivering the following services:
- Deliver tailored procurement to pay process and workflows that align with our organizational policies, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Develop a prequalified vendor list.
- Create standardized templates for supporting documentation to streamline processes and facilitate consistency across the organization.
- Develop and conduct a training program for staff on the new workflows, ensuring smooth implementation and understanding.
Timeline and Location:
The consultancy will run from mid-December to end-January 2025 (a maximum of 1 month) in Ulaanbaatar. All services must be completed by January 31st 2025.
Qualifications
- Individual contractor and legal entity
- Proven experience in procurement management and workflow optimization.
- Ability to create clear and effective documentation.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Mongolian and English
